All Trumpithets amazing wearable products are print-on-demand. The following timelines will give you an idea when you can expect your purchase to arrive on your doorstep.

Production

Apparel Products: 2-7 business days

Paper Products: Subject to on-hand stock levels

Currently, products are shipped exclusively with the USPS because a) it's cheaper than our other options and b) our printer doesn't provide us with another faster option. So, order ahead if you want to receive your package in time for a special occasion. 

The following schedules are approximate, but generally safe, give or take acts of nature, rogue postal agents, or packages appropriated by thoughtful passersby. 

USA

  • 3-5 business days

Canada

  • 5-10 business days without tracking

Worldwide

  • 10-20 business days without tracking

**Please note that orders which contain both apparel and non-apparel items will be shipped separately.


Payment

Trumpithets is a project of OddBurton, LLC. Your bank statement will show SP * TRUMPITHETS-ODDB as the payee.


Returns

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, NO EXCEPTIONS.

YOU HAVE 15 DAYS FROM THE DAY OF DELIVERY TO EXCHANGE IT. PLEASE INCLUDE A COPY OF THE PACKING SLIP THAT WAS SENT WITH YOUR ORIGINAL PURCHASE.

Non Apparel and "In-Stock" Items

If for any reason you are not completely dissatisfied with your Trumpithets purchase, you can send it back for a free exchange or refund.

**Apparel Items

All apparel purchases made on Trumpithets.com, are print-on-demand products - this includes all t-shirts. Which means that, at this time, we do not carry any of these items in stock and have no easy way to exchange them. For example, if you purchased an incorrect size, you will have to place a new order through the website and deal with the return separately by contacting us directly prior to sending us your item. **Please be aware that we do not offer exchanges or refunds for "buyers remorse".

Please contact us and we will work with you to resolve your request. Do not send us any packages without contacting us first. 

Process

Take the following steps:

Step 1

Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order.

Step 2**

Mail the return package to:

**Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Step 3

Once your return is received in our "warehouse" and processed by a grossly overworked staff member, your new non-apparel item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or a refund will be issued (see **Apparel Items above).
